Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
You are entitled to a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee if your cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the event date. Event dates may be rescheduled once, provided the request is submitted more than 21 days before the original event date.
